Mirainco is my independent consultancy, built on 25+ years of experience from international organisations — as department manager, program manager and most recently with group-wide responsibility for IT.
I have led specialists within data, BI and software development, and set direction for technology choices and investments. My roles have covered both daily operations and large change programmes, typically with many stakeholders across the organisation. As a leader, my greatest reward is seeing people grow in their roles — and building the trust that lets a team deliver.
